Overview
Level 3 Teaching Assistant (Primary) Support autistic pupils to learn, develop and thrive at The Windmill School, working within a specialist and supportive team in High Barnet.
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant in our Primary Department, you will work closely with skilled professionals to provide individualised support to pupils, enabling them to access the curriculum and develop key life skills. You will play an essential role in creating an inclusive, nurturing, and safe environment where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential.
Personal attributes
We are looking for someone with:
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent experience)
Experience of working in early years/KS1/KS2
Significant experience supporting autistic children /SEN experience
A patient, resilient, and caring approach
Enthusiasm and a keen interest in ongoing professional development in the field of autism
Salary & Benefits
Actual Pro-rata salary from £26805 to £28820 per year (£32656 to £35110 FTE)
