The Windmill School

The Windmill School is a special free school for learners aged 5 to 19 years with a diagnosed autistic spectrum condition and an Education, Health & Care Plan. When full, it will offer places for 90 children and young people whose autism is the major barrier to their learning and who find the busy environments of either mainstream or generic special schools too challenging.

Construction work is progressing well on what will be our permanent school site in Moxon Street, High Barnet. Works are due to be completed in February 2024. Meanwhile, The Windmill School is located at Dollis Primary School in Pursley Road, NW7 from September 2023 until we are able to occupy our permanent site.
