The Windmill School

The Windmill School is a special free school for learners aged 5 to 19 years with a diagnosed autistic spectrum condition and an Education, Health & Care Plan. When full, it will offer places for 90 children and young people whose autism is the major barrier to their learning and who find the busy environments of either mainstream or generic special schools too challenging.

Construction work is now complete on the permanent school site in Moxon Street, High Barnet. Following its first two terms of operation at Dollis Primary School in Mill Hill, the school welcomes pupils to their new building for the Summer Term of 2024.
