Primary Teacher, The Windmill School

Overview

The Windmill School, part of Barnet Special Education Trust, is seeking an enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join its specialist team from Summer or Autumn 2026. You will teach national curriculum subjects to autistic pupils in small classes within a purpose‑built, autism‑specific environment. This role is ideal for ECTs or experienced teachers with a passion for inclusive, evidence‑based practice and whole‑child learning. The school offers excellent CPD, strong staff support, Outer London pay plus SEN allowance, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference to pupils’ academic, social and emotional development.

Salary & Benefits

Salary from £37870 to £56154 per year, MPR to UPR Outer London plus SEN Allowance.
