Oak Lodge School is looking for an inspiring Lead Teacher for Maths to join our middle‑leadership team from Sept 2026. If you're a passionate and experienced SEND practitioner and ready to coach others while shaping real‑world maths for our students, we’d love to hear from you.
Personal attributes
Strong maths knowledge and experience teaching functional/Entry Level maths; QTS and recent SEND‑focused CPD; successful experience teaching learners with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs; able to adapt curriculum, create person‑centred plans, support regulation and work collaboratively with families; confident with EHCPs, assessment and coaching colleagues; excellent communication, organisation and safeguarding practice; understanding of sensory and communication needs; empathetic, resilient, inclusive and committed to high expectations; able to motivate students, work flexibly and uphold school values; proactive in professional development and ready to step into middle leadership.
Salary & Benefits
Salary from £46800 to £56154 per year
