Engagement for Emergent Learners Lead Teacher, Oak Lodge School, Sept 2026

Overview

Oak Lodge School is seeking a Lead Teacher for Engagement of Emergent Learners to develop highly personalised, sensory-based learning pathways for students with the most complex needs. You will lead curriculum adaptations, embed therapeutic approaches with our multidisciplinary team, and coach staff to deliver outstanding, person‑centred teaching. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SEND practitioner to step into middle leadership and make a meaningful impact in a supportive, special school.

Salary & Benefits

Salary from £46800 to £56154 per year plus SEN Allowance and TLR
