Are you an experienced and outstanding SEN practitioner looking for your first leadership opportunity? Oak Lodge School is seeking a Key Stage Leader 14 to 19 years to join our dynamic team. 

About the role: 

You will lead the 14-19 phase, ensuring our students receive an ambitious and tailored curriculum that prepares them for life beyond school. You will be a key member of the senior leadership team, driving high standards and positive outcomes for all. 

We are looking for: 
  • QTS/QTLS  
  • An experienced and outstanding SEN practitioner, ideally with secondary or post-16 experience. 
  • Someone passionate about inclusion and supporting young people to achieve their best 
  • A colleague ready to step into their first leadership role and make an impact 

Salary & Benefits

Salary from £59,859 to £67,177 per year
